Travel Enquiry was designed specifically for travel agents and tested in a travel agency environment. It is an enquiry tracking system, allowing agents to respond to enquiries in an efficient manner.

The system is very simple and efficient to use, taking approximately the same time to enter the enquiry, as scribbling it on a scrap of paper or completing a written enquiry form.

Once the enquiry has been recorded it is available to all staff, eliminating those embarrassing times of searching through colleague’s papers on days off / lunch etc. while a client waits on the      telephone.

Faster Client Searching

Version 4 has improved client search utility, making it much easier to find your clients.

Agents can record their progress by updating the time stamped notes, allowing managers to check how enquiries are progressing and point agents in the right direction if necessary.

Are your enquiries emailed?

Travel Enquiry has an Email Capture facility, this captures your emailed enquiries and automatically puts them into Travel Enquiry. This saves agents looking through and managing email enquiries, and also allows management to check the progress of enquiries received in this manner.

Travel Enquiry has a Cruise Offer Facility. This is very useful if your agency Advertises Cruises in newspapers etc.

You can create the offers in the administration section, and then clerks can simply select the offer code in the enquiry to automatically populate the Cruise fields.

Reporting

It allows managers to get up to the minute reports to check staff productivity and make informed decisions regarding sales.The system includes basic reporting as standard and we can also setup new reports for you as required.

Memo's /  Lists

The system also comes with a complete memo system, allowing interoffice communication - no more post it notes!  Staff can leave memo’s  as reminders for themselves or for others and once complete simply update the “Date Done”.

The total package price is only £995.

How much does it cost ?

We have tried to keep the pricing as simple as Possible. The package price for the system includes installation and training at your premises, and the first years software maintenance.

Also included in the cost is an additional report designed specifically for your agency.

(NB.  Email Capture facility is an additional component and is not included in the package price.)
